Having taken over the family business in 2004, Waleed is currently co-owner of Riide USA which includes 8 transportation companies between Minnesota and Virginia. Waleed supports over 100 employees and about 300 independent driver contractors.

Complementing his success in realty, Spencer owns a number of transportation companies employing a team of 50 as well as 800 independent driver contractors. Spencer serves as president of both Alexandria Yellow Cab and Signature Real Estate International.
